Over 70% now sold at Claybourne Gardens in Ottershaw

Demand for family homes in Surrey has remained strong, with over 70% of the homes at the recently completed Claybourne Gardens development in Surrey now reserved.

With many purchasers keen to take advantage of the various incentives available within the new homes sector (from stamp duty contributions to Help to Buy and Assisted Move schemes), interest in the scheme of family homes has been high.  Many features, which the developer has included as standard, such as a high specification and superfast broadband throughout, larger than average gardens and a separate study have all added to the appeal here.
