HARTLEY WINTNEY HOMES PROVE A HIT WITH LOCAL BUYERS

Albion Yard is the latest development to be delivered by Stratfield Homes. Situated in the village of Hartley Wintney, this bespoke collection of just nine, beautifully crafted traditional houses, have already been attracting interest from local buyers.

The homes, which comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses, are due to be ready for occupation this summer. While the developer is planning an official launch later this year, local residents have been keen to register their interest, with three of the homes here, already reserved off-plan.

Paul Cooper, Managing Director at Stratfield Homes, said: “Hartley Wintney is such a special location. Being based in the village ourselves, we know the community here well. At Stratfield, we are passionate about delivering high quality homes, which are carefully designed to blend with their local surroundings, so it has been fantastic to receive such a positive response. All of our reservations so far have been to local purchasers, who are typically looking to downsize but want to stay local.”

Works on site have continued to progress well. The first three homes have their roofs complete, constructed with handmade clay tiles, natural slate and finished with natural lead features. The traditional sliding sash windows are also installed with works now progressing inside.

All of the homes at Albion Yard will be delivered to a high specification and have been designed to assist customers to live more sustainably, for the long term. The homes will include energy efficient Air Source Heat Pumps and infrastructure for electric car charging points. Other energy efficient features include: “A” rated built-in appliances; underfloor heating throughout; enhanced insulation; highly efficient log burning fires (to detached properties); energy efficient lighting and controls; water-saving taps, showers and toilets as well as sustainable drainage throughout the development. The development will also benefit from superfast fibre broadband, piped into each property for those working from home.

Interested purchasers are encouraged to register their interest now or to book an appointment with the sales team, who would be happy to meet and share the development brochure along with plans and a detailed specification. Call 01252 491600 or register your interest on the website here.
