For one local couple, their new home at Claybourne Gardens in Ottershaw ticks all the boxes. After a chance discovery, Melany and Calvin were so impressed with the development that they were quick to make a reservation and are now settled and enjoying life in their new home.
The couple, who were downsizing, had been looking for a new home in the area, when they happened to drive past Claybourne Gardens. While the homes were still under construction, the couple were struck by the quality of the homes and were keen to see more.
Speaking of their purchase, Melany Roake said: “We were actually on our way home from another viewing when we first saw Claybourne Gardens. Straight away we were impressed with the development. The homes were still being built but they looked well-spaced out and the whole site had a real air of professionalism and quality about it. We called into the sales office on the off chance and we were greeted by a very competent sales advisor, who (despite it being late afternoon on a Sunday), took the time to talk us through all that was on offer and showed us round the homes available.
“It didn’t take us long to decide that this is where we wanted to secure our next home and we soon put down a reservation. Since moving in, we have been very happy here. One concern when you are downsizing is that your next property will feel small, but that’s not been the case at all, in fact, our new home is much more spacious than I had imagined it would be. The layout works perfectly for us, we have a really good sized garden and we love the kitchen – everything is so modern and high tech!”
Talking of her experience of the sales team, Melany added: “From the offset, we have been impressed with the sales team. The handover was very thorough and comprehensive and since moving in, any queries we have had, have all been acknowledged and dealt with.
