Last night (Wednesday 12th January 2022), Stratfield Homes secured planning to deliver a new collection of nine, family homes on the former Travis Perkins builder’s yard in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.
Works are due to commence on site soon, for this bespoke development, which will comprise a collection of two, three & four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses. All of the homes will benefit from off-street parking, garages/car ports along with private gardens.

This will give purchasers peace of mind that the homes are future proofed for years to come, with energy efficiency ratings that far exceed those required from building regulations.
